• Redesigned the post-offer onboarding experience inside Rocket Assist from a text-based assistant into a personalized and context-driven system grounded in each client's actual loan stage and home details.
• Designed three interaction patterns, task carousel, in-chat document component and human handoff flow, that were added to the product roadmap.
• Defined usability success criteria and wrote the research discussion guide. 92% of clients found the redesigned experience more helpful and trustworthy.
• Mapped design features to technical dependencies, APIs and engineering scope across three teams, enabling roadmap-ready scoping.

Product Designer @ Tars Technologies

• Drove 41% product adoption within 3 months of beta launch by owning research and design for the Asimov dashboard and Slack app.
• Designed and shipped Chatbot Debug Mode for Customer Success teams, cutting troubleshooting time by 70% for large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Joined as one of the first two designers, establishing the design process, component foundations and cross-functional workflows from scratch as the product scaled to enterprise.

Product Design Intern @ Tars Technologies

BENGALURU, INDIA * SEP 2021 – FEB 2022

• Built Tars' analytics feature from scratch, giving ~85 active clients their first native view of chatbot performance across 10 visualization types. Adopted across the entire active client base.
• Redesigned chatbot customization into a WYSIWYG interface, moving advanced controls out of the codebase and into the product, reducing the client's technical dependency for every active account.
